About the role
- Own project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Manage day-to-day workflows, build project plans, define resourcing, and track milestones (schedules, calendars, hot sheets)
- Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Account) and ensure alignment
- Manage all phases of social production (pre-pro, shoot, post, delivery), including asset development and QC across formats and platforms
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (vendors, creators, production crews)
- Serve as a key partner to Account and a client-facing lead for communication and approvals
- Communicate and work with a larger Project Management group across Nissan.
- Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and drive solutions forward
- Establish and improve workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing integrated/social campaigns and video/content production
- Strong knowledge of creative development, production, and asset management workflows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workstreams
- Ability to manage both always-on social content and larger integrated campaign initiatives
- Experience with influencer/creator content and social-first campaigns a plus
- Understand how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management
- Comfort with presenting and reporting information
- Experience leading change management, roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Hybrid background across agency, production, and digital/social environments
- Hands-on familiarity with on-set production and post-production workflows
- Deep understanding of platform-native social content and emerging trends
- High level of accountability and commitment to excellence
