About the role
Leading the migration of Employee Benefits offices to a standardized enterprise platform, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Implementation Lead will manage implementation planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful user adoption and post-go-live stabilization.

Manage timelines, risks, and dependenciesRequired qualifications5+ years leading enterprise system implementations or complex technology projects
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations

Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams
