About the role
Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our Pros as they join the platform. You will coordinate and guide early adoption, answer questions, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering to maximize value for home service professionals.
The role requires 1–3+ years in customer success or related field, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English; you will work Monday–Friday 11am–8pm PST.#J-18808-Ljbffr
