About the role
Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering to lead architecture, development, and delivery of next‑gen power conversion solutions. You will guide DC/DC converter topology, firmware control, packaging, and magnetics while building a high‑performing engineering organization that influences product roadmaps. You will partner with Product Marketing, Design, Test, and Package Development to define requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure on‑time delivery of milestones.
