Develop and enforce catalog governance standards, workflows, and data quality controls. Manage product setup, maintenance, categorization, pricing updates, and attribute management across systems. Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Sales teams to support product launches and updates. Oversee Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, and eCommerce platform integrations. Monitor catalog performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability of catalog operations. Manage and mentor catalog operations staff, establishing goals and performance expectations.
