Role Description: The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburg, TX. This role is responsible for engaging prospective and existing patients, explaining available procedures and services, and guiding them through consultation and treatment options in a clear, ethical, and patient-focused manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling consultations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM or practice management system, and coordinating closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey. The Salesperson will support marketing initiatives, participate in events or promotions, and contribute to patient retention through excellent service and relationship-building. Success in this role is measured by conversion rates, patient satisfaction, and adherence to practice standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications: Demonstrated sales skills in healthcare, aesthetics, or related services, with a strong focus on consultative and ethical selling. Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse patient populations. Experience using CRM or practice management systems, with strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills. Comfort discussing medical and aesthetic procedures after training, with the ability to explain benefits, risks, and options in understandable terms. Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative team members in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for patient privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).Prior experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or elective healthcare sales is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus. Willingness to work standard business hours with occasional evenings or weekends for events or patient needs, as required by the practice.
