About the role
Playground Yard Supervisor Supervise students during outdoor/playground activities, ensuring a safe, positive, and respectful environment. Monitor student behavior, enforce school rules, assist with minor needs or conflicts, and report any safety concerns to staff. Maintain active supervision and help keep the playground area clean and organized.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday 915am-115pm
Friday 9 am-1 pm
Pay: $16.90
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise students during recess and outdoor activities
Monitor student safety and behavior at all times
Enforce playground and school rules
Assist with minor conflicts, injuries, and student needs
Report safety concerns or incidents to school staff
Help maintain a clean and organized playground area
Encourage respectful and positive interactions among students
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and supervision skills
Patient, dependable, and responsible
Ability to remain attentive and active outdoors
Ability to handle minor student conflicts calmly and professionally
Must follow school safety policies and procedures
