About the role

Irca Group is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to advance a Safety-First culture at its Affton, MO plant. You will partner across teams to implement safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive audits and training to meet regulatory targets. Responsibilities include data management, incident investigations, and reporting. A BS in a safety-related field and 3+ years of experience in manufacturing HSE are required; ASP certification is a plus.
