Job Title:
Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative Location: Austin, TX 78727 Duration: 11 Months (Possible Extensions) Payrange: $18hr-$20hr Key Requirement Minimum 6 months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries. Assist with problem resolution and escalate/transfer calls to the appropriate Call Center unit when needed. Accurately document customer interactions in online logs. Meet individual call-center performance and quality standards. Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Skills:
M.S Office experience. Strong multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
