About the role

Orca Brands is seeking a hands-on You Tube channel lead to build an authentic, organic audience for SRI Labs. You’ll own the channel end-to-end, from ideation to publishing, and scale toward leading our You Tube universe with scrappy, fast testing and relentless iteration. You’ll research trends in hair and beauty, script and shoot, direct talent, edit for retention, and own the metrics. The role favors a self-starting artist with technical chops and a growth mindset.
