Join Merchants Bonding Company as our Summer 2027 Agency Services Intern! In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day processes that help agents and agencies work effectively with Merchants. You’ll gain hands-on experience in agency operations, compliance, and documentation while working as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do Agent and Agency Support: Help new agents and agencies get set up and licensed to work with Merchants by assisting with onboarding and compliance reviews. Documentation Review: Review agent and agency documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Regulatory Research: Help research state insurance laws and licensing requirements for agents and agencies. Process Documentation: Review, document, and update Agency Services processes to ensure procedures are clear and current. Data and Reference Materials: Maintain accurate licensing information, assist with data cleanup, and update reference materials. Project Support: Collaborate with the team on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
