Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate supports the Parts Department by receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts and materials in an efficient and accurate manner. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth dealership operations. Prior warehouse experience is not required; training will be provided. This is a union position.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming parts and shipments
- Pick, pack, and distribute parts to internal departments as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
- Comply with applicable union guidelines and work rules
- Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts and materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
