About the role
- Strongly Preferred - Journeyman or master electrical license
- Electrical construction experience with a strong grounding in field operations and project execution
- Strongly Preferred - Experience leading multiple electrical crews and supervisors across competing priorities
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, plans, specifications, permits, inspections, safety requirements, and quality control
- Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, production tracking, job costing, change orders, and closeout
- Able to read contracts, scopes of work, plans, budgets, and project reports
- Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and scheduling and timekeeping systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and eligible to operate a company vehicle
- Able to walk active jobsites, climb stairs and ladders, and work in construction conditions with required PPECalm under pressure, clear communicator, and holds others accountable
