What We Offer: Mover/Helper: Up to $22/hr (hourly rate + tips)Driver/Team Leader: Up to $28/hr (hourly rate + bonus incentives)Average $800–$1000/month in tips alone$200 referral bonus after your referral completes 15 moves Opportunities for raises and advancement Ideal for students, side hustles, and part-time workers Must be available at least 3 days per week Most of our leaders started as movers Fast-growing company with room for internal promotions Paid training providedW-2 Employment Status You’re an employee, not a contractor Full workers’ compensation coverage
