Job Overview:
Inside Sales Associates are responsible for fielding customer requests (internal & external); assessing the customers' needs and providing solutions in a timely manner; preparing customer proposals; supporting pre-order and post-order processes; building relationships with customers and principals. A successful associate will be a motivated individual with a high level of organization and technical expertise to support both internal and external customers. Essential characteristics for this position include excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and understanding of the customer experience Our Most Successful Inside Sales Associates: Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and a customer-focused attitude Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks Toggle between projects and responsibilities with ease Demonstrate mechanical aptitude 1-3 years related experience preferred Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test Scope of Responsibility: Provide support and collaboration for your assigned Outside Sales Engineer(s)Provide technical assistance to customers on all products represented Size and select for all products represented.
