About the Role:
The Company is in search of a VP, Strategic Sales to lead its national health systems sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the most strategic and complex accounts, managing a team of Regional Vice Presidents, and driving growth across the national health system segment. This role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, consultative selling capabilities, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. The VP will be expected to shape segment strategy, guide the team through competitive, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, and partner with executive leadership to scale the company's position in the market. Applicants for the VP, Strategic Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. The role demands a deep understanding of the dynamics of large health systems, including the decision-making processes of various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and an operational leader, capable of translating enterprise challenges into compelling ROI and value realization outcomes. Responsibilities also include building and enforcing a high-accountability operating rhythm, supporting the team in complex sales cycles, and partnering cross-functionally to align messaging and competitive positioning.
