About the role
- Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others, to load and unload and check (raw) material or finish goods visually for damage, quantity and description.
- Block damaged raw material or material deviating in quantity or description Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines Remove production waste and return blocked (raw) material and blocked FG products
- Organize and prepare outbound loads
- Store and allocate (raw) material, return, blocking, waste, FG products, recycled material with the right location code.
- Complete all required documentation and data files during unload, store, remove and cycle count.
- Operate and maintain forklift truck and other logistic handling equipment
- Learn to operate and troubleshoot automated gantry/storage/unitizer/palletizer equipment.
- Maintain optimal housekeeping in warehouse and waste baler area.
- Work rotating 8 hour southern swing shifts (OT pay and DT pay apply)
- HSED or Diploma required
- Forklift operator with minimum 1 year demonstrated safe experience in pallet fork and clamp functions.
- Previous machine operator experience preferred but not required
- Expected Compensation$31.77 - 32.75/hour + benefits *Shift Differentials, Overtime pay after 8 hours daily, Double time on Sundays
- Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
