About the role
To support the Med-Pediatrics Research Administration, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pre-Award Administrator will prepare and submit grant, contract, and budget proposals, oversee invoice processing, and ensure compliance with federal regulations in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develops, prepares, and submits moderately complex grant, contract, and budget proposals while ensuring accurate collection and submission of all pre-award materials
Oversees invoice processing and conducts complex cost analyses of proposals to maintain financial accuracy
Monitors grants and budgets for compliance with sponsor terms and federal regulations, providing policy interpretation and resolving complex issues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in grant and contract administration
Experience with budget preparation and financial analysis
Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance related to grants and contracts
Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check
