Job Description: Hiring Urgently: Tow motor / Dock Worker

Locations: Mansfield & Shelby, OH (Multi-facility access required)

Compensation: $19.00/hrSchedule: Tuesday ? Saturday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Start Date: Next week! The RoleAre you a seasoned material handler looking to jump right into a high-energy role? We need a dependable Dockworker to step in immediately and keep our distribution networks moving. You will be operating industrial equipment to load, unload, and stage freight efficiently across our regional facilities.

What You Will Do: Maneuver a towmotor safely through congested warehouse aisles and loading zones. Rapidly load, unload, stack, and secure trailer shipments. Transfer goods securely between staging zones and shipping docks. Strictly adhere to site safety rules and OSHA standards. Pivot between different area warehouses in Mansfield and Shelby as daily volume dictates. What You Need to Qualify

Background: At least 2 years of hands-on tow motor operating experience gained specifically in a distribution or warehouse setting. Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid license to commute seamlessly between Mansfield and Shelby locations.

Availability: Fully committed to the Tuesday through Saturday, early morning (4 AM ? Noon) schedule. Readiness: Capable of passing a fast-track onboarding process to start next week.
