About the role

Our client, a Chicago-based private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its C-suite leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders Handle inbox management, correspondence, and prioritization on the executive's behalf Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, with the ability to quickly adjust plans as schedules change Prepare and format decks, memos, and materials for internal and external meetings Serve as a point of contact between the executive and clients, investors, and senior leadership Track action items and follow-ups from meetings Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes Manage venue, catering, and vendor logistics for these events
