About the role

Sales Representative for Proptech Company We are looking for a motivated and passionate sales representative to join our team at ProofWork, a leading proptech company. As a sales representative, your primary focus will be selling our software, business software, and verification services primarily to the real estate and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or technology industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months:
  • The sales goal for the next 12 months is $250,000.
Compensation: The commission payout per sale is 40%.An average sales value ranges from $79 to $79.The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 days.
