About Dual Entry
Dual Entry is building the OS for finance.
Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world\'s largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s, with no new entrants in 30 years. Dual Entry\'s AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.
In just 2 years we\'ve raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
We hire outliers. We\'re looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. You\'ll find leaders, colleagues who\'ve competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community - because that\'s what it takes to reinvent a $220B industry.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
