Program ManagerCVP seeks a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to lead large-scale healthcare transformation programs enhancing care delivery for Veterans across VA medical centers nationwide. The Program Manager will oversee complex, healthcare initiatives, managing cross-functional teams to implement integrated healthcare solutions that directly improve Veterans' access to quality care.This role requires driving strategic program execution across multiple VA facilities, coordinating with clinical leadership, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of healthcare transformation projects.The position focuses on implementing disciplined program management processes, optimizing healthcare workflows, and driving measurable improvements in Veterans' healthcare outcomes while managing substantial budgets and complex project portfolios within the federal healthcare environment. ResponsibilitiesLead large integrated healthcare program management initiativesImplement disciplined program management processes and best practicesPerform independent analysis on program performance with cost/schedule/performance monitoringApply performance measurement knowledge to performance reporting and program governanceManage program risks and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport senior leadership decision boards and program governance processesDevelop program management artifacts (charters, project plans, performance dashboards)QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university10+ years of experience in healthcare IT program managementPMP certification requiredExperience leading large integrated healthcare program management initiativesKnowledge of Federal performance measurement frameworksExperience with disciplined program management processesStrong risk management and performance monitoring capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to obtain a US Security Public Trust ClearanceAbility to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely Desired Skills: Experience with VHA or federal healthcare systemsHealthcare IT transformation program experienceExperience with integrated healthcare PM best practicesPlease note, this role is pending program award.
