About the role
Southern Co. Savannah Operating HQ seeks an Engineering Team Leader to guide distribution engineering efforts at the Savannah headquarters. You will lead, develop and manage a team, oversee safety, schedule construction, manage budgets and ensure compliance across projects.
You will mentor engineers and co-ops, drive strategic initiatives for the Distribution Area and participate in on-call rotations and storm response efforts. A strong technical background and leadership are required.
