About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, visit preparation, and follow-up activities across assigned care center workflows.
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, referral details, and required documentation prior to or during visits.
Respond to patient calls, messages, and front desk inquiries, providing accurate information within established guidelines.
Identify scheduling gaps, missing documentation, or incomplete patient information and take appropriate steps to resolve routine issues.
Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and care-related inquiries to the appropriate care team members.
Maintain accurate records in electronic medical record, scheduling, and patient communication systems.
Support daily front office workflow by prioritizing routine tasks, coordinating with clinical staff, and escalating issues when needed.
