Job Descriptions:The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on U.S. payroll and employee benefits administration. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, benefits management, compliance, and provides support for employee inquiries, onboarding, and offboarding. The position is key to maintaining HR operational excellence and supporting a positive employee experience. Responsibilities:Manage and process end-to-end U.S. payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. Review and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, and PTO.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility changes, and terminations of coverage for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR documentation, payroll and benefits coordination, system updates, and workplace setup. Support HR compliance and maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative matters to ensure the office runs smoothly. Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities-related requests, and general workplace needs. Coordinate with building management, vendors, and external service providers as needed. Support office events, team activities, meetings, and other employee engagement initiatives. Assist with business travel, visitor arrangements, and other office logistics when needed. Support other HR, administrative, and operational projects as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or a related role. Hands-on experience supporting or managing U.S. payroll processes. Practical experience administering employee benefits programs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with confidential employee and payroll information. Preferred Qualifications:Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Prior experience in a multi-national or fast-growing company environment. Knowledge of payroll processes or benefits administration.
