About the role

Nova Care Kids in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Training is provided and 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a part-time schedule. You’ll collect data, document progress, and collaborate with a small pediatric team to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals in both clinical and home settings.
