Lead Dental Operations. Develop Teams. Expand Access to Quality Care. As Senior Director of Dental Operations, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across dental services within an assigned region, supporting teams, strengthening workflows, and advancing quality, productivity, and performance. Working closely with the VP of Dental Operations and other dental leaders, you’ll help create consistent, efficient operations while supporting an exceptional experience for patients, providers, and team members. As a private nonprofit FQHC and CCBHO serving rural communities, we’re committed to creating greater access to healthcare and building healthier communities. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping dental teams thrive.
