Job Description: Production Guest Service Representative (GSR)
Location: Old Greenwich, CT We are a reputable Service Station actively seekingprofessional, enthusiastic, and eager-to-grow Production Guest Service Representatives (GSRs)to join our car wash team. This role is hands-on and essential to delivering a fast, safe, and high-quality wash experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day operation of the car wash tunnel and production areas Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and through the wash process Perform pre-wash prep, vehicle alignment on to the conveyor, and quality checks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support with efficiency and guest satisfaction
Qualifications: Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous car wash or production experience is a plus, but not required Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Growth Opportunity: Performance-based raises, bonuses, and advancement opportunities
