Market Sales Manager – Wine & Spirits
Location: Orange County, CA – field-based
Salary: $75-90K + 25% bonus + car allowance plus excellent benefits package
About the Opportunity: Join a successful global wine and spirits business with a growing portfolio of premium brands. This is a highly field-focused market development role, working across Orange County to build distribution, develop distributor relationships, activate key accounts and increase brand visibility across on-premise and off-premise channels.
Key Requirements: 1-2+ years' wine and spirits industry experience On-premise and off-premise market experience Experience working with distributor sales teams Understanding of distribution, merchandising and brand activation Experience with menu placements, POS, displays and promotions Strong account and relationship-building skills Confident presenting and conducting tastings or product activations Proactive and comfortable working independently in the field Valid driving licence and reliable transportation Able to travel throughout the territory 4.5-5 days per week Role &
Responsibilities: Develop the brand portfolio throughout Orange County Manage relationships with distributor DMs, AMs and KAMsDrive distribution, visibility and account activation Develop on-premise and off-premise account relationships Secure menu placements, displays and promotional activity Deliver sampling, demonstrations and consumer activations Merchandise accounts and build displays Ensure in-market execution meets company and brand standards Why Join?
