About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can provide full-scope HR support in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, partnering with employees and leadership, and handling a variety of day-to-day HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers Assist with employee relations and workplace concerns Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Assist with recruiting and hiring activities Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures Assist with benefits and leave-related questions Support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations Partner with management on HR-related issues and initiatives Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role Strong knowledge of general HR practices and employment policies Experience with employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to work independently in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent HR experience will be considered Apply This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is available immediately and is looking for a short-term assignment with a well-established organization.
