About the role
Cooley is seeking a Premier Experiences Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team.
Position summary: This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, which acts as the firm's "central nervous system," building the scalable infrastructure and data-backed frameworks that allow Marketing & Client Development to move from reactive execution to proactive, high-impact strategy. It ensures that strategic choices and unique brand differentiating experiences (spanning high-end events to targeted digital channels) are translated into repeatable, optimized market performance that makes the firm stand out in market.
Position responsibilities:
Tactical Logistics Support: Execute the core logistical elements of premier events, including venue research, onsite coordination, and transportation management.
Registration & Communication Management: Build and manage event registration sites and lead the execution of all attendee communications (invites, reminders, post-event notes).
Event Tech Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for event tools (Cvent), ensuring all data is entered accurately and workflows are functioning correctly.
Collateral & Asset Coordination: Coordinate the production and shipping of all brand collateral, signage, and premium gifts for marquee events and sponsorships.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for tactical vendors (A/V, printers, shipping), ensuring all deliverables are on time and on-brand.
On-Site Logistics Execution: Provide dedicated on-site support for premier events, managing registration desks, room setups, and real-time troubleshooting.
Data Integrity & Entry: Responsible for the clean entry of attendee data into the CRM and event platforms, ensuring a "single source of truth" for the team.
Contract Processing Support: Manage the administrative side of the contract process, ensuring all agreements are routed for signature and filed appropriately.
Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of premium event assets (booths, signage, etc.), ensuring items maintained and available for global activations.
Post-Event Reconciliation: Support the Senior Manager in reconciling event budgets, processing invoices, and gathering feedback for post-event readouts.
All other duties as assigned or required.
Skills and experience:
Required
After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
Available to work overtime, as required.
3+ years of applicable experience in the field (e.g., marketing or business development, preferably with an emphasis working in a strategy, transformation, or growth function).
Must have professional services industry experience and/or B2B marketing experience.
Must have CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience.
Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and onsite delivery.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.

The expected hourly pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $33.00 - $48.00 ($68,640.00 - $99,840.00 annually). Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
