Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm M-F on-site
Position Type: Long Term Temp (expected through end of 2026, potentially longer)
Pay: $25.00-$30.00+ per hour dependent on experience

Overview: Well-established non-profit seeks a Patient Coordinator to provide administrative support to the habilitation department.
Responsibilities: Monitor Precision Care EVV and follow up on EVV errors. Assist with UKG timesheet errors and corrections. Reconcile billing by cross-referencing UKG and Precision Care. Monitor Community Habilitation (Com Hab) and Respite units. Prepare petty cash receipts. Prepare mileage reports. Complete monthly summary notes. Upload Life Plans, LCEDs, and behavioral plans into Precision Care. Schedule employees for required training. Assist employees with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UKG and Precision Care. Update and track employee vehicle insurance documentation. Assist with other administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1+ years in a patient coordination, intake coordination, social services, human services, or other related position Strong administrative support skills
