In this essential role, you'll help jump-start our processes and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, making a direct impact on our ability to serve clients with excellence.Key Details:Pay: $20.32/hourLocation: Primarily working out of the Clackamas office (9111 SE St Helens St.) with occasional travel to the N. Portland office (10350 N. Your commitment to meeting deadlines and your desire to learn and grow equip you to thrive in a fast-paced, recession-proof industry.Other qualifications include:High school diploma or some collegeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAptitude for learning new software2+ years in a customer service or administration roleValid driver's license, reliable transportation (you must be able to commute between our two locations as needed), and vehicle insuranceAbility to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)What You'll Do: As a General Clerk, your administrative support is essential to the success of our Compliance team. You'll communicate with internal teams, engage with partners and vendors, and complete daily tasks that keep our processes running smoothly. You'll update client information, process invoices and payments, and correspond by phone, email, and fax.
