Job Description

Job Overview: AV Taxi Rides is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front office operations and provide excellent customer support. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, drivers, and visitors while supporting administrative and scheduling functions.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, visitors, and drivers professionally Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Assist customers with ride bookings and service questions Perform data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams Handle office correspondence and scheduling updates Maintain office supply inventory

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to multitask effectively Salary Range$16 – $25 per hour
