FP&A Manager Nashville, TN | In Office | PE-Backed HealthcareA growing, private equity backed healthcare company in Nashville is hiring its first FP&A Manager. The business is expanding through acquisitions and new locations, and needs someone to build out the planning and analytics function. This is a chance to create something from the ground up. You'll report directly to the CFO, partner closely with the executive team, and shape how the company uses data to make decisions as it scales. Why this role stands out First FP&A hire with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO, and board Involvement in M&A and growth initiatives Clear path to Director level, with an equity opportunity down the road Opportunity to lead the use of AI and automation in finance Collaborative, hands-on team without big company bureaucracy Unlimited PTOWhat you'll do Own monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Build and maintain financial models that support planning and decision making Prepare board and investor materials Partner with operating leaders to explain results and drive performance Develop dashboards and automated reporting Support M&A, scenario planning, and ad hoc analysis What we're looking for 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong FP&A foundation Advanced financial modeling skills, including three statement and driver-based models Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership Hands-on experience using automation or AI tools to improve reporting Strong data skills and comfort working with BI tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Preferred Multi-site, PE-backed, or acquisitive company experienceM&A modeling or diligence experienceMBA, CPA, or CFA
Compensation: $115K to $130K base salary, plus equity opportunity.
