Role Lead engagement with early-stage biotech and research communities to drive adoption and feedback for Lilly's Tune Lab AI/ML drug discovery platform. Responsibilitiesdevelop strategies for user activation, onboarding, and collaboration; manage inbound interest, qualify leads, and formalize partnerships; support partner success through community building, visibility, and industry representation; gather feedback for platform development.

Requirements: PhD in biology or chemistry; 10+ years in drug discovery/development; 4+ years in business development or ecosystem engagement; strong understanding of life sciences research, AI/ML, and partnership frameworks. High ValueAI/ML drug discovery, early-stage biotech ecosystem, platform activation, industry collaboration; 30% travel, regular conference participation. Work Setupflexible, with significant travel.
