About the role

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, is a leader in power distribution and protection systems. The Contracts Manager will be based in Fontana, CA and report to the VP of Operations. The role serves as liaison between commercial and legal organizations and enforces contract management processes. Responsibilities include negotiating all types of contracts, coordinating with legal on reporting and KPIs, performing risk assessments, and ensuring required approvals for each contract.
