About the role

Positive Reinforcement LLC is seeking experienced BCBAs to provide Therapeutic Consultation for adults with developmental disabilities, with some children/adolescents, under Virginia FIS/CL waivers. Flexible, part-time and full-time options available, remote and community-based in Virginia. As a consultant, you will assess needs, develop support plans, and train families and staff. Most services occur during daytime hours to support work-life balance and sustainable scheduling.
