Responsibilities: The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment primarily in DC/VA. This is a mobile position that requires driving to different locations in DC and VA. The Building Maintenance Technician will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment.
Location: Washington, DC/VA
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $25 per hour
Mileage paid Reliable transportation, mileage paid. On-call duties as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Preventative maintenance on equipment, change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Commercial building experience and operations knowledge
  • Universal CFC a plusEOE, including disability/veteransIND123
