Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) — Geriatric & Health Psychology Senior Connections (ProMind Mental Health, P.Western Washington · Part-Time or Full-TimeSenior Connections is hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living (ALF) communities throughout Western Washington (Tacoma, Olympia, SeaTac/Des Moines, Bellingham, Vancouver). You will serve older adults navigating: Loss of independence and adjustment to long-term care Our services are Medicare funded, creating a consistent referral stream and sustainable clinical model. Provide on-site psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Person-Centered Therapy Health Psychology and integrated behavioral health approaches You will collaborate within interdisciplinary medical teams, including: Nursing staff Rehabilitation teams This position offers high clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong interdisciplinary integration.
