Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director will oversee and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation, and manage client accounts. Responsibilities include creating and executing business plans, negotiating contracts, and developing long-standing client relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong leadership capabilities and business acumen to support organizational growth and success.
Qualifications: Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities that align with strategic goals Proficiency in Business Planning and the ability to create actionable plans to drive company growth Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to secure beneficial agreements for the organization Expertise in Account Management to foster and maintain positive client relationships Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and proficiently in a remote environment Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
