Description: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes. Award Winning: 2026 Best and Brightest Company to Work For
What You’ll Do: Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products Explain financing options, warranties, and current promotions in English and Spanish as needed Build trust through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach Overcome objections and confidently close sales Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
