About the role
Are you an appliance sales professional with relationships across property management and multifamily housing in Central Indiana? We are hiring a Property Management Appliance Sales Manager for the Indianapolis market, and this role is designed for someone who already owns a book of business in this channel. This is your book of business, paying you more. Why this role pays more for the relationships you already have Recurring revenue from unit turns, replacements, and refresh programs means the accounts you already manage keep generating commission well beyond the first sale.
What you bring:
Existing relationships with property managers or apartment operators in Indianapolis or Central Indiana Experience with unit turns, make ready processes, and ongoing replacement cyclesA demonstrated ability to grow share of wallet within existing accounts What this opportunity offers Guaranteed base or draw in year one Uncapped commission tied directly to your portfolioA company positioned to support long-term account growth in this channel If your relationships are worth more than what you are earning today, let’s talk.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
