GEICO seeks a Sr. Strategist, Product Adoption to join Independent Agent Sales. Reports to the Director, Agency Sales Engagement Strategy. Responsible for strategic planning, designing content and virtual experiences to boost agent engagement, growth, and BD impact across GEICO's independent agent network. The role focuses on onboarding journeys, training materials, automated campaigns, and collaboration with Sales Enablement to improve adoption and production.
