About the role

Perfect Pet Resort is seeking a client care and reservation specialist to warmly welcome clients and their pets, both in person and by phone. You will design perfect pet vacations by tailoring services to each pet’s needs, building trust with hundreds of clients, and encouraging repeat visits and referrals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, using strong computer and communication skills, sales experience, and a genuine love for pets.
