Required Qualifications: Full-time member of the Texas Bar and in good standing.
Experience in evaluating claims.
Superb negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description: Ensure that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.
Meet with clients to discuss their cases.
Show compassion and empathy to clients.
Demonstrate an ability to earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect.
Provide clients with updates about their cases.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
