About the role
Leading a team of creative strategists, the full-time Director of Performance Creative Strategy will oversee key client relationships, shape creative strategy, and enhance the Performance Creative practice in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a senior strategic partner across key client accounts, ensuring creative strategies drive measurable business results
Manage and develop a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Lead new business opportunities, including RFPs and pitch strategies, while collaborating across various departments to deliver innovative creative solutions
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in advertising, creative, or digital marketing, with 5+ years in Performance Creative for paid media clients
Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams and coaching senior-level talent
Deep expertise in Performance Creative across various digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience in leading senior client relationships and facilitating executive presentations
Strong operational acumen with experience in staffing plans and resource allocation
