About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Substation Electrical Engineer to join our Power Delivery & Renewable team in North America. You will lead hands-on substation design, studies, and project execution while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This senior role requires 12+ years in HV/EHV substation engineering, a PE license, and proficiency in SKM/ETAP/CAPE/CDEGS.
