About the role
ABOUT LUMAEGISLumaegis is developing a faster, simpler way for healthcare providers to sterilize medical and dental instruments. Its flagship product, Rad Box™, is designed to sterilize instruments at the point of care in under six minutes — without water, steam, or chemical sterilants. Today, many sterilization processes can take significantly longer, require bulky equipment, or depend on outsourced services. These constraints can reduce efficiency, increase operating costs, and limit clinical capacity. Rad Box is designed to provide a faster, more efficient alternative. Potential benefits include: Faster instrument turnaround Improved patient throughput Reduced reliance on outsourced sterilization Lower instrument inventory requirements Zero water use and significantly reduced power consumption Greater operational flexibility across healthcare settings Behind this simple workflow is Lumaegis' patented dual-modality sterilization technology, designed for regulated healthcare environments. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
